The year 2024 marks the 35th anniversary of the partnership between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of Korea (RoK). Achievements in over three decades have laid a solid foundation for their relationship to reach new heights and continue advancing in the new era, contributing to regional and global peace, stability, and prosperity.

The Republic of Korea (RoK) supports the centrality of ASEAN, the realisation of the ASEAN Community Vision 2025, and the implementation of the ASEAN Comprehensive Recovery Framework (ACRF).
