On April 19, in Ikuno Ward, Osaka City (Japan), the 9th Vietnam Cultural Festival, reenacting the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Ceremony, was held in a solemn, warm atmosphere rich in national identity.

On July 25, the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka solemnly organized memorial service for Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
