New Boarding Facility Opens for Students in Lai Chau

The People’s Committee of Sin Ho Commune in Lai Chau Province, in coordination with Plan International Japan and Plan International Vietnam, held an inauguration ceremony for a new student boarding facility at Phang So Lin Semi-Boarding Primary School on the morning of May 13. The project was built with financial support from the people of Japan through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
