The groundbreaking ceremony for Component Project 1 of the Son La - Dien Bien - Tay Trang Border Gate Expressway Investment and Construction Project (Phase 1) took place on the morning of May 20 in Dien Bien, marking the start of a strategic transport infrastructure project for Vietnam’s Northwestern region.
