The exchange between the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor and the Women’s Committee Delegation under the National Trades Union Congress of Singapore focused on policies to protect female workers, family support models, enterprise-level negotiation experience, and ways to promote gender equality amid a rapidly changing labor market.

33,326 people worldwide were interviewed and the findings showed Vietnam ranked among the countries with the highest index for gender equality in the world.
