The Da Nang Union of Friendship Organizations signed Memoranda of Understanding with six foreign non-governmental organizations on the morning of March 27, with a total committed value of nearly VND 70 billion, focusing on implementing projects in social welfare, education, healthcare, and sustainable development across the city.
