Recently, in Seoul (the RoK), the People's Committee of Hung Yen province in coordination with the Trade Promotion Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam)m the Vietnamese Embassy in the RoK, and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), organized the Hung Yen Province Investment and Trade Promotion Conference.

Joining the nationwide movement, Hung Yen province has made efforts to implement many measures to combat illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing, contributing to the removal of the European Commission's (EC) "yellow card".

On December 25 in Hung Yen Province, the Hung Yen Union of Friendship Organizations held its First Congress for the 2025–2030 term. According to the report presented at the congress, during the 2025–2030 period, the union will focus on implementing three key task groups, among which renewing the strategy for mobilizing foreign non-governmental aid is identified as a pivotal and breakthrough mission.

On November 6 in Hanoi, a delegation from the Central Committee of the Vietnam–Cambodia Friendship Association, led by Standing Vice President Le Van Tuy, paid a visit to the Embassy of Cambodia in Vietnam to extend congratulations on the 72nd anniversary of Cambodia’s National Day (November 9, 1953 – November 9, 2025).
