The 15th National Assembly has passed the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese Nationality, aiming to continue institutionalizing in a timely and comprehensive manner the Party and State’s policies toward overseas Vietnamese (OVs), and to further facilitate their return to the country for investment, production, and business, as well as to attract high-quality human resources for national development.
