Following the devastating floods at the end of 2025, many households in Hoa Thinh Commune in Dak Lak Province were left homeless. Yet just over a month later, many new houses had already been rebuilt before the arrival of spring, thanks to State support, community solidarity, and relief mobilization efforts coordinated through the Vietnam Fatherland Front system.

The Government Office issued Notice No. 36/TB-VPCP dated January 20, conveying the conclusions of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the conference reviewing the “Quang Trung Campaign” - a rapid campaign to rebuild and repair houses for households affected by natural disasters and floods in central Vietnam. The campaign’s implementation demonstrated the strength of decisive direction from the central level, the synchronized engagement of the entire political system, and the unity and concerted efforts of the whole population, creating a “victory” imbued with strong humanitarian values and profound political and social significance.

Along with repairing and rebuilding houses, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested support to ensure the provision of essential services and basic necessities for households whose homes were collapsed, damaged, or swept away by floods.

The Naval Region 4 Command held a ceremony to inaugurate and hand over a house to the family of Cao Ca Yen, a Raglai ethnic minority resident of Ta Giang 2 Hamlet, Tay Khanh Son Commune, on December 22. This is the first house completed after 17 days of urgent construction under the “Quang Trung Campaign”.
