Discount 50% in construction field

Under the provisions of Circular No. 34/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on the collection, remittance of charges and fees in the field of construction, some fees in this field are reduced by 50% compared to the current regulations.

In particular, fees for granting construction capability certificates and construction practice certificates (prescribed in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular No. 172/2016/TT-BTC of October 27, 2016); fees for evaluation of construction investment projects and fees of basic design (prescribed in the Fee Schedule issued together with Circular No. 209/2016/TT-BTC); fee for technical design evaluation and construction estimate evaluation fee (specified in the Fee Schedule issued together with Circular No. 210/2016/TT-BTC) are equal to 50% of the current regulations, according to Bizlive.

Discount 50% in tourism

In Circular No. 35/TT-BTC on the collection and remittance of fees for evaluation and issuance of international and domestic travel service business licenses; appraisal fee of tour guide card has been reduced up to 50% compared to the current regulations.

Specifically, the license for dealing in international travel services, the license for dealing in domestic travel services and the tour guide card shall be charged 50% of the fee rate prescribed in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 4 of the Circular. Reduce 30% of fee for hydrographic data exploitation, 20% of fee in water resource field

Under the provisions of Circular No. 35/TT-BTC on the collection and payment of fees for evaluation, licensing water exploitation, and use of hydrometeorological data, some fees in the field of water resources will be reduced 20%, fees for exploiting meteorological data will be reduced by 30% compared to current regulations.

Fees for evaluation of licensing water exploration, exploitation, discharging sewage and underground water drilling will be 80% of the fee prescribed in the Table of charge rates issued together with Circular No. 270/2016/TT-BTC dated. 11/14/2016.

Fees for exploitation and use of hydro-meteorological data will be paid by 70% of the rates prescribed in the Fee Schedule issued together with Circular No. 197/2016/TT-BTC of November 8, 2016, according to Financial Magazine.

The amendment and reduction of fees and charges in many areas of the Ministry of Finance has contributed to solving difficulties in production and business, ensuring social security in response to the Covid-19 epidemic in Vietnam.
